Andy (Chih-Sung) Wu is an HCI Researcher and Software Prototyper specializing in the intersection of AI, Tangible Media, and Information Visualization. With a Ph.D. in Digital Media from Georgia Tech, Andy’s work explores how embodied interaction and physical spaces can transform how we reason with complex data.

During his tenure at GE Aerospace Research, Andy served as a Senior Scientist within the AI & Computer Vision Group, where he bridged the gap between advanced machine learning and human-centered design. From defining industrial InfoVis frameworks to architecting multi-modal operation centers of the future, his career has focused on building functional "bridges" that allow professionals to interact with mission-critical insights in real-world contexts.
